Technologies in development

 

We have in development a number of new systems that can be useful in protein–protein interaction (PPI) research, including a system to study protein–protein interaction inhibition (Figure 1).

Without providing all the details, based on the ability or inability of clones T1-T4 (transformed yeast cells) to grow on indicated agar plates, it can be concluded that it is most likely that within the cells of clone T1 binding between two specific proteins is being significantly prevented by a specific third protein.
